Single origin coffee from the southernmost state of Chiapas in México. Bordering Guatemala, this region is enhanced by mountainous highlands, dense rainforests and Mayan archaeological sites, producing dedicate, low acid, Arabica coffee bringing out notes of chocolate, cinnamon and green apple.
